World Wildlife Fund
WMG works in partnership with World Wildlife Fund (WWF), a leading global conservation body working to stop the degradation of the natural environment. By working with WWF, we can help to raise the profile and standard of environmental management within our industry and the community. We understand the need to protect the natural environment within which we work in order for our business to be sustainable.
The mission of WWF is to stop the degradation of the planet's natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature, by:
- conserving the world's biological diversity,
- ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable, and
- promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption.
WWF provide expertise to WMG on reduction of GHG emissions and management of our waste streams. They provide input to, and analysis of, our environmental objectives and through our partnership with them we are working towards a sustainability program and corporate responsibility reporting.
